Meet Jamie Lawson, Your Trusted Financial Advisor

Jamie Lawson is a native of Jonesboro with over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance. Graduating from Jonesboro High School in 1987 and earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arkansas State University in 1992, Jamie's career began at Barr Investments Inc., where he served as the company accountant until 2021.

In September 2023, Jamie fulfilled his lifelong dream by establishing Lawson's Bookkeeping Services, a full-service accounting firm serving Jonesboro and beyond. With a passion for helping individuals and small businesses achieve their financial goals, Jamie graduated from the National Income Tax Training School in 2024, enhancing his expertise in tax planning and preparation.

Outside of work, Jamie is a proud supporter of ASU Redwolves Football & Basketball, an avid reader, and enjoys golfing and spending time with his three beloved Kitty Cats: Sylvester, Samantha, and Victor. He is also an active member of the Valley View Church of Christ.
